We're starting in Colinas do Cruzeiro, Odivelas, within the coming weeks. Next we expand to other neighbourhoods and parishes of Odivelas and Loures, and from there we grow street by street, parish by parish, until we reach all of Portugal. The order is decided by the postal codes we receive — register yours, and that's how we know where to open next.

Yes — change plans anytime from your dashboard. The next invoice reflects the new plan.

You secure a position on the Founder list. The earlier you register, the bigger the first-month discount: 50% for the first 10, 30% for the next 10, 15% for the next 25, 10% for the rest. As we open new areas, more Founder spots are added to the list.

With the TOTE-supplied plan, we ship the four bags by post after you subscribe — typically 1-2 working days for us to prepare and 2-3 working days by mail. We monitor your usage and top you up before you run out. With your own bags, nothing is shipped.

No. Leave the bags at your door or, if you prefer, hand them to the courier in person. Either way works — about half of our pickups are doorstep, the other half are face-to-face.
