Sorting at home takes three things: the four right bags on hand, not running out of them mid-week, and time to take each fraction to the right container. TOTE handles all three — we ship the four bags (blue, yellow, green, black), top you up before you run out, and pick up at your door. Sorting becomes a three-second decision again.

No. The waste fee on your water bill pays for the municipal service — the street containers, emptying them, and treating the waste — and it stays exactly the same with or without TOTE. We don't replace it and we don't reduce it. What you pay us for is different: the trip to the container stops being yours. Sorting stays with you at home; we handle the transport.

Paper & cardboard (blue), plastic & metal (yellow), glass (green), and general waste (black) — each in a separate bag. We deliver the sorting rules when you subscribe.

Couriers take each bag to the matching container at the ecopoint. They don't separate, repack, or fix mixes. Sorting stays with you at home; we handle transport and consistency.

Yes. Change your plan or pause anytime from the dashboard. You can also move a specific pickup to another day in the same billing cycle, up to 2 hours before it starts.

As soon as you subscribe, we schedule pickups across the next 30 days on the days and slots you chose. If today matches your schedule, today can already be your first pickup.

You don't need to wait by the door: we notify you when the courier is on the way, with an estimated arrival time. You just have to be ready to open the building door around that time. Leave the bags at your apartment door or hand them over in person — either way works.

Independent couriers, approved by us, with third-party liability insurance. They only start operating after passing a waste-sorting quiz.
